Could you please tell us more about your background and career?
I graduated from the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, CA in 2000. As an illustration major, I started to freelance independently and professionally during my last year of school, designing characters for Lego toys and Disney, and also doing advertisement illustrations for Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. After graduation, I moved to New York and continued freelancing doing editorial illustration for entertainment based magazines like SPIN, the SOURCE, FILTER magazine and New York Press. In 2004, I moved back to Los Angeles and got into movie poster advertising, while still maintaining steady illustration work on the side.
